Polka Dot Ruched V Neck Top

Top length runs 19.3 in to 20.1 in, which is short and sits at the waist. Sleeve length measures 4.7 in to 5.1 in, a true short sleeve.

Because it is short and close, it belongs with a high waist. Tuck it into jeans, a midi skirt or tailored trousers and let the ruching do the shaping. The V leaves room for a short pendant. White with dots reads clean and summery in daylight, and it sharpens up considerably with black trousers and a heel for the evening.
