How do I place an order?+

Pick your size and color on the product page, add the piece to your cart, and check out whenever you’re ready. You’ll get an order confirmation by email right away, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Do I need an account to order?+

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to see your order history and check out faster next time.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major payment methods offered at checkout — including major credit and debit cards and popular digital wallets. The available options for your region are shown on the payment step before you confirm.

Is checkout secure?+

Yes. Checkout is hosted by Shopify and fully encrypted (SSL), with card data handled to PCI-DSS standards. We never see or store your full card number.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+

Contact us at info@fashorio.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment yet, we’ll do our best to update the address, swap a size, or cancel it.

Will I be charged sales tax?+

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.

How long does shipping take?+

Processing and delivery times vary by item and destination, so we don’t promise a one-size-fits-all number. The full, current details are in our shipping policy at /policies/shipping-policy, and once your order ships you can follow it in real time with your tracking link.

How do I track my order?+

Every shipped order includes a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also use our Track Your Order page at /pages/track-your-order — enter your order number and email to see the latest status.

What does shipping cost?+

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and what’s in your cart. See our shipping policy at /policies/shipping-policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete — what do I do?+

We’re sorry about that. Email info@fashorio.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we’ll make it right in line with our refund policy (/policies/refund-policy).

My tracking hasn’t updated — should I worry?+

Carriers sometimes take a little while to scan a package after pickup, so brief gaps are normal. If your tracking hasn’t moved for a while, email info@fashorio.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?+

Tell us what you’d like instead when you contact us and we’ll arrange it wherever we can, subject to availability and our refund policy (/policies/refund-policy).

When will I get my refund?+

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and checked, following our refund policy (/policies/refund-policy). Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it to your account.

How do I find my size?+

Check the size guide on the product page — every style lists its own measurements. Measure your bust, waist, and hips with a soft tape and compare against the chart rather than going by your usual letter size, since sizing varies by style and fabric.

Do your styles run true to size?+

Fit varies by style — a relaxed blouse and a fitted denim piece are cut differently on purpose. The product page notes the intended fit, and the size guide gives the actual garment measurements, so comparing your own measurements is the most reliable way to choose.

What if I’m between sizes?+

Compare your measurements with the size guide on the product page and consider the fit you prefer: for structured or fitted pieces, many customers size up for comfort; for stretch fabrics, staying with the closer size usually works. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help you choose.

What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?+

How do I measure myself accurately?+

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing. Bust: around the fullest part. Waist: around the narrowest point, above your hip bones. Hips: around the widest part of your seat. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight, then compare against the size guide on the product page.

How should I wash my Fashorio pieces?+

Always check the care notes on the product page and the garment’s care label first — instructions vary by fabric. As general guidance, a gentle cold-water wash with like colors and laying flat or hanging to dry keeps most everyday pieces in shape longest.

How do I care for delicate fabrics like satin or lace?+

Delicates do best hand-washed cold or machine-washed on a gentle cycle inside a mesh bag, then air-dried away from direct heat. Skip the dryer and wring gently — the care label on each piece has the specifics.

How do I keep denim looking new?+

Wash denim inside out, in cold water, and as infrequently as you reasonably can — spot-clean between washes. Air-dry rather than tumble-dry to protect the fit and color.

How should I wash swimwear and activewear?+

Rinse swimwear in cool water after each wear (especially after chlorine or salt water) and hand-wash or machine-wash cold on gentle. For activewear, wash cold, skip fabric softener — it coats performance fibers — and air-dry.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my moissanite jewelry?+

Moissanite is durable and keeps its brilliance with simple care: wipe it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear, and wash occasionally with mild soap and warm water, drying thoroughly. Store it separately so it doesn’t rub against other pieces.

How do I keep sterling silver from tarnishing?+

Keep it dry and stored in a cool place — ideally in a small pouch or lined box — since moisture and air speed up tarnish. Put jewelry on after lotions and perfume, take it off before swimming or showering, and buff regularly with a soft polishing cloth.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?+

We recommend taking it off first. Water, chlorine, and soaps can dull sterling silver over time. A quick habit of “last on, first off” keeps pieces bright much longer.

How should I clean my jewelry at home?+

A soft cloth handles day-to-day care. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap and a very soft brush, rinse, and dry completely before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

How does the wishlist work?+

Tap the heart on any product to save it to your wishlist. Your saved items are kept on your device, so you can come back to them anytime — and add them all to your cart in one tap from the wishlist page.

Will my wishlist sync across my phone and laptop?+

For now the wishlist is saved per device. Cross-device sync for signed-in customers is on our roadmap.

How do you protect my personal information?+

We collect only what’s needed to fulfill your order, store it securely through Shopify’s encrypted systems, and never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?+

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you’re out. You’ll still receive transactional emails like order and shipping confirmations.

Fashorio is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110).

Do you have a physical store?+

We’re an online boutique at fashorio.com — everything is shipped directly to your door.

How often do you add new styles?+

New styles are added weekly. Check the New Arrivals collection, or join our email list to see fresh pieces first.
