Polka Dot Halter Neck Maxi Dress
A retro leaning polka dot maxi with a halter tie neck that shows off the shoulders. It has a timeless, feminine feel that works just as well for a date as for a garden party.
It is made from a soft polyester blend with a touch of elastane, so it drapes smoothly with a little give. The neckline ties behind the neck and the long skirt falls in a clean, flattering column.
