Checkerboard Open Front Knit Cardigan
A checkerboard pattern open front cardigan that adds graphic interest to a cozy layer. There are no buttons to fuss with, so it drapes open for that effortless, thrown on look.
The knit is 95 percent polyester with 5 percent spandex for softness and a gentle stretch. It runs long, with a length around 27.6 to 28.3 inches, so it falls past the hip and layers beautifully over slim outfits. The polyester and spandex blend gives it a soft, springy hand that holds its longline shape without stretching out. A bust of roughly 45 to 50 inches leaves plenty of room to layer over chunkier pieces underneath.
Throw it over a fitted tee and jeans, or belt it over leggings for shape. The black and caramel checkerboard both make a quiet statement without trying too hard. Left open it elongates the line of any outfit, and a slim belt at the waist instantly turns it into a cardigan coat for cooler afternoons. The caramel feels warm and earthy while the black stays graphic and city ready.
