- Wash hands and push back cuticles.
- File and shape your nails.

- Apply a layer of glue or adhesive tape on your nail and hold down firmly for 30 to 50 seconds.
Removal
Soak nails in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes. Along the cuticle line, carefully lift up the edge using a cuticle stick. Apply your favorite cuticle oil under the nail for the fastest removal.
