Smocked Pleated Tie Neck Dress
This soft, feminine dress combines smocked detail with gentle pleats and a pretty tie neck. The smocking shapes the body just enough, while the pleated skirt flows freely, so it feels comfortable and easy without losing its shape.
The fabric is a blend of 95 percent polyester and 5 percent spandex. Aside from the give in the smocked panels, it has little stretch, and it comes in rich seasonal colors that carry it from summer into autumn. The smocked panels stretch gently to move with you, then settle back into place. The soft pleats keep the skirt swishing lightly with every step.
