Printed Tie Neck Balloon Sleeve Maxi Dress

It is made from a 100 percent polyester that holds the print cleanly with an opaque finish. A smocked detail gives comfortable give at the top while the tie neck frames the face and the long skirt falls into a flowing hem. The smocked panel gives at the top for comfort, and the light polyester keeps the balloon sleeves airy rather than heavy.
