Where does Fashorio ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you after your order is dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking details within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@fashorio.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can request a return after delivery.
To request a cancellation, email info@fashorio.com as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used products
- Swimwear
- Makeup
- Cosmetics and beauty items
Returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Yes. Fashorio provides a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
There are no restocking fees.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 7 days to the original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at info@fashorio.com.
We will provide a free prepaid return label and you may choose a replacement or full refund.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within 2 days after the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at info@fashorio.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we can exchange eligible items for another size or product.
