Do you charge any shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.

 Are returns really free and easy?

Absolutely. If something's not right, we offer 14-day easy returns. Just contact our support team and we’ll take care of everything fast, clear, and fair.

Is there any restocking fee?

No there isn't.

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@fashorio.com . Please do so as quickly as possible as we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

My order is delayed, what should I do?

If at least 2 businessdays have passed since the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at info@fashorio.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the location of the item with the courier.
