These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fashorio.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Fashorio. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: July 2, 2026.
1. General
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to make a purchase. You agree not to use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, details and sizing accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. Measurements listed on product pages are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly per item. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing and listing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed quantity limits. When you place an order you confirm that the payment and contact information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; if an item is unavailable we will refund it promptly.
4. Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines, rates and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 7 day return window, final sale categories, and the exclusion of returns on international orders. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it as needed so we can complete your transactions and contact you.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, harvest personal information of others, interfere with the Site's security, or submit false or misleading information.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fashorio and its owners, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
